We’re Hiring: Hospitality Supervisor Jobs in Bridlington
We are looking for an experienced and confident Tea Room Supervisor to join our team at Bondville Model Village. This is a seasonal role, working 5 days per week, within our busy and popular tea room.
This role requires availability from mid–late March, ready for the 2026 season, which runs from 1st April through to the end of September.
You will be required to work 5 days per week, which will include alternate weekends.
The Role
As Tea Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the tea room, leading the team during busy service periods and ensuring an excellent experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
● Acting as a key holder, including opening and closing duties
● Cashing up
● Completing opening and end-of-day procedures thoroughly
● Supervising and managing a small team of staff
● Identifying pinch points during service and adjusting staff rotation in real timeduring extremely busy periods
● Reporting to the on-site Manager
● Demonstrate a strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety, ensuring all work is carried out in line with current legislation and guidance.
● Managing stock levels, signing off deliveries and logging receipts
● Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and organisation
● Being hands-on when needed, including:
○ Greeting guests
○ Helping manage the flow of visitors in and out of the village
○ Supporting other areas of the business during peak times
About You
● Previous experience supervising or managing staff in a busy café, coffee shop or hospitality environment
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with high visitor numbers
● Confident leading a team and making quick decisions during service
● Organised, proactive and adaptable to the needs of the business
● Happy to get involved wherever needed to support the wider operation
